Step moulding lines
Step moulding lines LEKOS are dedicated for production of formed tablets, bars and pralines. These products can be filled or not filled, with or without ingredients.
Manufacturing program includes wide scale of combinations of mould size and line performance. Maximal mould size is 1100 x 345 mm. Mould size and placement of cavities across the mould are designed according to the customer’s request and necessities. These lines achieve working output up to maximum 30 moulds per minute.
Typical features of step moulding lines LEKOS are:
- design of tempering box and cream cooling box enables transition into the line space what makes maintainance and cleaning of the line such as income of external equipments into the line space extremely easier. This transition is possible also for forklift stacker with palette. Simultaneously such design allows to operate depositor of hazelnuts, depositor of cherries and other additional equipments inside the line space.
- cooling tunnel for cooling of chocolate shell which is placed after the shell-forming station is equipped with two mould’s turning devices. Uniformity of shell thickness across the whole shell’s cross-section is achieved thanks to implementation of positionally adjustable first mould’s tunring device in the first half of the tunnel’s length and fixed second mould’s turning device at the end of cooling tunnel in combination with shell cooling. Thanks to this, LEKOS step moulding lines are dedicated also for production of quality liqueur products such as for products filled with fillings where the risk of bleeding is heigher.
- possibility of demoulding on the belt, plates or into the countermoulds is dedicated also for following robot package of products
