Coating drum

         Coating drum is designed for coating of a wide scale of confectionery products ( burnt sugar, core substances, jelly, etc.) by chocolate and sugar glazes

Coating drum consists of following parts:

• coating drum
• stand
• drum bedding and driving mechanism
• electrical equipment

Technical parameters:

     -    drum diameter:                           1200 mm

     -    useful volume of charge:                50 dm³

     -    total weight:                                   235 kg

     -    material of drum:       stainless steel A304

     The drum revolutions are changeable by frequency inverter.

     The base of coating drum is 1 m². Cooling is not part of the equipment.
