Continual moulding lines
Continual moulding lines LEKOS serve for production of formed tablets or bars, with or without ingredients.
Design of the line according to the specific customer’s requirement is matter of course. Maximal line’s performance is restricted by the value up to 72 moulds per minute and production capacity achieves 4500 kg of formed products per hour.
Typical features of continual moulding lines LEKOS are:
- simple way of fixation of moulds to the chain
- simple system of automatic identification of not demoulded moulds and simple system of automatic mould’s exchange
- demoulding of products directly on the polyurethane conveyer belt
