Cooling tunnel
LEKOS offers and produces wide range of cooling tunnels.
- cooling tunnel equipped with polyurethane conveyer belt dedicated for cooling of enrobed products, extruded masses before cutting, etc.
- cooling tunnel designed for cooling of moulds with formed products for semi-automatic production of hollow chocolate figurines.
Standard widths of cooling tunels LEKOS are 450, 600, 820, 1000 and 1200 mm. Tunnels are equipped with automatic centering of polyurethane belt, pneumatic tension of the belt and adjustable position of end belt curves.
Construction is made of stainless steel and equipments are designed with respect to the strictest hygienic requirements of customers. Covers of cooling zone are made by combination of stainless steel, polyurethane and plastic profiles with sealing. The covers are openable from both sides for the belt width 820 mm and more. It enables trouble-free access for cleaning. Moreover, the insde separating stainless steel sheets for air distribution are easily removable what enables trouble-free cleaning of whole air way.
Adaptation of equipment to the specific customer requests is the matter of course. So, the width, type and speed of belt, way of cooling / combination of bottom and top cooling /, length of cooling zone, type of cooling medium and way of air flow through air tunnel are designed for specific application.
