Decrystalizer

   Decrystalizer is placed on return piping from tempering machine and serves for decrystalizing of chocolate mass which is returned back to the storage tank. The performance of decrystalizer is represented by quantity of chocolate mass which is warmed for about 10°C during one hour if the temperature of tempering water is 55°C.

     Decrystalizer consists of system of longitudinal steel pipes which are placed in one steel tube. At the entrance the mass is distributed into longitudinal pipes. Tempering water flows inside the tube and warms the chocolate mass.

     On entrance and exit part there are removable vaulted flanges for cleaning. It is possible to connect chocolate emptying armatures.

     Decrystalizers are normaly produced with individual maximal performance up to 5 000 kg per hour.
