Depositor of whole hazelnuts
The equipment serves for depositing of whole hazelnuts into the chocolate shells of pralines, bars or tablets inside the cavities of moulds on moulding lines.
Depositor of whole hazelnuts is placed over the moulding line’s conveyer in the place where the mould’s movement is step or continual movement. Not to restrict the access into moulding line’s conveyer for cleaning, the equipment is removable next to the line.
The depositor consists of collecting system with hopper and depositing plate. Collecting system can has own drive or it can be driven from the line’s conveyer. The depositing plate has own drive. The solution of collecting system is very efficient and in case that toleranced dimension of hazelnuts is kept, the efficiency of depositing is over 95%.
Maximal performance of equipment can be 35 moulds per minute and mould’s dimension up to maximal 1100 mm.
