Enrobing machine

      Enrobing machine serves for enrobing of confectionery and baking products, eventually of dry fruits to chocolate, chocolate glazes and confectionery fat glazes. 

     LEKOS manufactures these equipments with wire belt of the width 450, 650, 820, 1000 or 1200 mm.

     Equipment has comfortable operating. By control elements it is possible to adjust

  • parameters of bottom and top enrobing wave
  • speed of wire belt
  • performance, intensity and angle of blowing
  • position of „off-tail“ shaft which is equipped with own drive
  • belt’s tension for cleaning

Moreover, the machine is equipped with

  • pump with own drive for circulation of chocolate mass inside the machine and pump for returing the mass to decrystalizer
  • electrically tempered inside area with automatic regulation and visualisation of temperature on monitor
  • bottom bath which is equipped with blender with own drive and it is tempered by water from own water circuit

      LEKOS developed simple system how to exchange bottom bath and pumps, what markedly makes easy changeover from dark mass to white mass and reversal. It is possible to order additional second bath with blender and two pumps with own drive. Bottom bath is easily removable after disconnection of electricity, mass piping and tempering water.

     Parameters of equipment and its accessories are specified based on requirements of each customer. Design of enrobing machine can be adapted for enrobing to fondant glazes.
