Production line for bars and desert segments
This production line serves for production of bars made from paste, fibrous and cereal masses – nougat, musli mixtures... and this line is able to lay these masses through cylindrical extruder on the cooling belt. Correctly tempered mass continues into the separation station where carpet of mass is cut in horizontal and vertical direction. After a vertical cutting, the production line has for each row one separator belt because a mass is very sticky.
The line consists of these parts:
Kitchen:

- mixing container for solid ingredients and sirup mass

Production line for bars made from cereal mass:
- vertical elevator
- station of extrusion

- 180° belt
Surface adjustment:

- cooling tunnel
This line is variable with possibility to produce wide range of bars and desert elements. The line arrangement can be tailor-made to meet the needs of individual customers.
With this production line it is possible to produce also a multi-layer nougats, but the doser and calibration station for nougat mass has to be installed into the cooling tunnel area.
Modified production line is able to produce a bars from flavour curd.
