Storage tank for chocolate mass

     Storage tank is standing, twin-shell and isolated cylindrical vessel with a blender. Water circulates inside a twin-shell coat and ensures heating and keeping a temperature of chocolate mass.

     Own circulation pump maintains a circulation of water and electric flow-heater maintains a heating. Flow-heater is controlled according to adjusted value which is set by operator.

     Electric geared engine which drives a blender is placed on the middle beam in upper part of the equipment. The vessel is closed by two covers. One is fixed and second one is openable. Side walls are isolated and covered by stainless steel sheet.

     The blender has two arms. One arm can be replaced by planet rotating scroll for storage tanks with the volume up to 3000 dm³. Side and bottom surface scraping of walls can be additionaly installed for whole range of storage tanks.

   Electric outfit ensures control of blender – switch on – switch off, regulates electrical heating of water and displays the temperature of mass. Outfit can be enlarged by displaying the mass level inside the tank and its regulation, by possibility to cool down the mass using cooling water from external source, by controlling of one and more inlet and outlet pumps, connection to computer and its net. The range of outfit is subject of agreement and the price is adjusted accordingly.

     Manufacturing program contains interior storage tanks with storage capacity up to 12 m³. Their  dimensions and accessories are adapted according to the customer’s necessities.
