Tempering equipment

        Tempering equipment is independent technological equipment and it serves for tempering of chocolate mass by tempering curve line, i.e. for gradual temperature reducing for purpose to create proper and stabil fat crystals.

     The LEKOS company manufactures these equipments with performance 150, 300, 600 and 1000 kg / hour.

     The part of equipment is also a pump on input side for transfer of chocolate mass into tempering machine.

     On the output of equipment it is possible to connect pouring heads for moulding lines or enrobing machines etc.

     Tempering equipment has own electronic system, which keeps the tempering curve line in working mode or standby / night mode while equipment is heated on adjusted temperature usualy in range + 42 to + 45°C.

       The equipment is connected to the input and output chocolate pipeline, electrical power, source of cooling water such as to the taking of warmed water.

      The tempering equipment can be delivered with own cooling equipment which ensures cooling of water such as its closed circulation.
