Bar line Lekos

Bar line Lekos is dedicated mostly for manufacturing of following portfolio of products:

  • classical muesli bars, recipes with various ratio of cereals, fruit, nuts, alternatively other ingredients
  • nut bars / almonds, cashew, peanuts, pistachios / without cereals
  • caramel bars
  • oat bars
  • bars on milk nougat base

Bar production line usually consists of following parts, however depending on the recipe its design may slightly differ.

Kitchen

  • pumping of syrup from barrel or from container for syrup into cooking cauldron or cauldrons
  • cooking of syrup for muesli bars, release of cooked syrup from cauldrons into storage tanks
  • aromatization
  • automatic dosing of determined amount of syrup to mixer
  • deposition of dry ingredients by operator into the mixer

Preparation of mixture

  • production of homogenous mixture in the mixer
  • feeding the mixture onto sloped feeding conveyor and into hopper of roller extruder

Forming part

  • forming of the mass into carpet of configurable thickness
  • equalisation of carpet and pre-forming of top of product
  • cooling of carpet for cutting

Cutting station

  • longitudinal cutting of carpet into defined lines with possibility to change the format
  • fluent spreading of cut lines with possibility to change the format
  • lateral cutting of lines by guillotine and distribution of created rows of products

Enrobing section

  • enrobing by compounds or chocolate masses
  • option of bottom enrobing or production of fully coated products
  • cooling and output of finished product from line into packing part

Whole production process is controlled by computer. Interface between line and operator is presented by several control panels.

Central operating panel with 15inch monitor is standard and with user-friendly screen for complete control over machines and technology of whole line, and additional control panels each with 6inch screen for higher comfort of control, too.

Following as standard:

  • excellent visualisation,
  • short-term and long-term saving of measured values in individual sections of the line,
  • shift registers,
  • identification of defective states,
  • remote service via internet
  • and many more
