The bottoming section manufactured by Lekos is guaranted to produce filled chocolate products with bottom of high quality, which consequently results in mould’s cleanliness.
Bottoming section Lekos is equipped with:
- Infra-red pre-heating unit before deposition of chocolate onto the cream layer and edges of chocolate shell
- Chocolate depositor for accurate deposition of chocolate
- Vibrating section
- Temperature control inside the station
- Scrapping station, the scrapping is realised in two steps with easily configurable position and speed of scrapping plotters in both steps
- Scrapping of mould edges
- Final vibrating section
Lekos also offers tailor-made bottoming sections for existing chocolate moulding lines, made for specific mould size and a given layout.
